Sewing Project #3

Sewing project #3 was another skirt tailor. I was going to throw this skirt away because it was too short, but instead I decided to use my left over fabric to make a ruffle at the bottom. I learned that making ruffles or pleats are not easy tasks, but it ended up turning out nice anyways. Looks even better on because its skin tight until the ruffle.
